Karl Suss MA6/BA6 Mask Aligner

The Karl Suss MA6/BA6 is a piece of lab equipment used in the photolithography process. A mask aligner is used to selectively expose photoresist in order to develop a pattern for etching, electroplating, or metal deposition. A microscope on the machine can be used to align multiple layers of patterning using alignment marks.
